Turkey’s First City Hospital Opens in Mersin: Makron Ensures Hygienic and Water-Resistant Door Solutions

Mersin City Hospital, the first healthcare facility in Türkiye delivered under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, was officially inaugurated with a ceremony attended by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım. Makron Automatic Doors proudly took part in this landmark project by providing specialized door systems designed for high-hygiene and high-moisture environments. Ankara Etlik City Hospital Opens: Makron Delivers Over 2,000 Advanced Door Systems

Makron Automatic Doors once again demonstrated its role as a reliable solution partner by delivering and installing more than 2,000 advanced automatic door systems across multiple hospital units within this massive campus. These systems were engineered to ensure safe, hygienic, and efficient access control throughout the hospital environment. Makron’s smart and durable access solutions were successfully implemented across all blocks, each serving distinct areas of medical expertise.

Ankara Bilkent City Hospital Opens with Makron’s Contribution of Over 3,000 Automatic Door Systems

Ankara Bilkent City Hospital, Türkiye’s largest public-private partnership (PPP) healthcare investment and the world’s largest hospital built in a single phase, was officially inaugurated on March 14, 2019, in a ceremony attended by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Makron Automatic Doors proudly contributed to this monumental project by supplying and installing more than 3,000 custom-designed automatic doors, including doors for intensive care units, operating theatres, and other critical care areas. The Ankara Bilkent Integrated Health Campus covers over 1.3 million square meters of enclosed space and includes specialized towers for general medicine, cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, obstetrics, oncology, and high-security forensic psychiatry, as well as a physical therapy hospital, rehabilitation center, and clinical hotel.
